Ottawa, CANADA, April 5, 2002 - prairieFyre Software Inc. is excited to announce that our products recently achieved an excellent review from the labs of TMC (Technology Marketing Corporation), so good in fact, that we received the CIS 2002 Editor’s Choice Award!
TMC Labs conducts unbiased product reviews for the telecom/datacom industry. They have a reputation for providing the most complete, objective, and definitive product reviews in the trade. To review a product, TMC Labs rates the documentation, features, and GUI (Graphical User Interface) separately. Ratings range between zero to five, with five as the highest. An overall rating is also provided, with "A" as the highest.
prairieFyre’s Contact Center Suite collected impressive marks for all categories: a perfect 5.0 for documentation, an impressive 4.5 for feature content, and an almost perfect 4.75 for the GUI. prairieFyre received an overall rating of "A -."
To achieve a perfect "A," TMC Labs suggested that prairieFyre create an e-storefront service including web-chat, collaboration, and a knowledge base. Of course, we are well on our way to developing that, and expect Chat Online this summer.
