Mitel Networks 6150 Multimedia Contact Center Awarded

Norwalk, UNITED STATES, January 22, 2003 - Mitel Networks announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC™)’s Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine, named Mitel Networks 6150 Multimedia Contact Center as Products of the Year winner for 2002. Customer Inter@ction Solutions® has been a premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.
