Smart Client (no-touch deployment) now applies to both 6120 Contact Center Scheduling and 6125 Real-Time Schedule Adherence. With Smart Client, when supervisors update the server, the client software is automatically updated. There is no fuss and no hassle. prairieFyre plans to make all client applications Smart Clients by this fall.
We’ve improved the Schedule Builder by adding a set of automated tools. For example, Schedule Builder automatically lets supervisors know if there is nothing to report when they request a report, it informs supervisors of scheduling conflicts when they accept a schedule, and it asks supervisors if they are sure that they want to accept the schedule when they select a schedule. Supervisors can now automatically schedule future 6120 Contact Center Scheduling reports with 6110 Contact Center Management. When supervisors want to compare several future scheduling scenarios, they just create the schedules, print the reports, and select the schedule that best suits their needs. With the introduction of fax, we have turned our attention to standardizing 6150 Multimedia Contact Center features across media types. For example, ticket numbers now have one repository for all media types, all media requests appear in the same folder, and now chat and fax have the same processes and services as do e-mail (for example, client history). 6150 Multimedia Contact Center has improved routers – they are now faster and more reliable. They can handle a greater number of queues, agents, and agent groups. The number of agents logged on simultaneously, and the number of e-mails that can be processed per day have both increased.
Our core product, 6110 Contact Center Management has also experienced development. ACD Inspector and SMDR Inspector perform searches faster, have enhanced search capabilities, and supervisors can now save their search results in a variety of formats. |
