Visual Architect
Visual Architect makes it easier for system administrators to set up and maintain their contact centers. Visual Architect provides a visual representation of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) call flow from which system administrators can configure their telephone system and their YourSite database. Data synchronization is accomplished using XML to update the YourSite database configuration. It is an add-on application that works in conjunction with Contact Center Management and the Mitel 3300 ICP (for Networked ACD). |

Contact Center Scheduling enhancements
Bigger, Better, Faster!
Contact Center Scheduling enhancements will include a new scheduling algorithm that is more intuitive, optimizing staff availability and shift assignment. You will also find a simplified, task-oriented approach to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes. The Contact Center Scheduling and Real-Time Schedule Adherence will be more responsive when run on client computers. Overall, you will notice improved performance enterprise-wide. A new Employee Portal option will enable Employees to swap shifts online. |

Call Accounting “re-designed”
Call Accounting enhancements will include a new open configuration model, customizable call types, and an efficient configuration interface. It will also offer more reporting options and new reports. Call Accounting is being designed to support North American and Latin American regions. New location and call type defaults, based on your region, will require minimal initial configuration for North America, Mexico, Caribbean, and Latin America. You can create an unlimited number or call types that can be tailored to any region or cost center. You will be able to configure Call Accounting in the new YourSite Explorer and mass configure and associate devices. Ever-changing exchanges and dialing patterns can be updated easily to retain report integrity. Filters on report data will enable you to pinpoint the specific data you need. New reports can display calls by call type. Overall, Call Accounting’s enhancements will enable you to more effectively manage call activity and call costs.
