Contact Center Management Licensing

 

For the Mitel 3300 ICP, SX-2000, and SX-200, you license Contact Center Management based on the total number of physical people you track in your contact center. Your license reflects the maximum number of people on which you can monitor real-time activities and run reports.

 

For example, suppose you purchase a 25 agent ACD package for Contact Center Enterprise Edition. You require a Contact Center Management license for 1-25 agents. Your telephone system will support 25 simultaneously logged on agents. However, if you schedule a morning shift of 25 logged on agents, followed by an afternoon shift with a new set of 25 logged on agents, then you are running reports on 50 physical agents and require a Contact Center Management license for 1-50 agents.

¨        Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition 11-25 agent upgrade

¨        Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition 26-50 agent upgrade

¨        Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition 51-75 agent upgrade

¨        Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition 76-100 agent upgrade

 

If you require licenses for more than 100 agents, you can buy additional upgrade licenses in packs of 50.

¨        Contact Center Management Business Edition: 1 Supervisor desktop

¨        Contact Center Management Business Edition: 5 Agent Desktop pack (maximum of 5 per site for a total of 25 agents)

NOTE: Unlike Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition, reporting and desktop licenses are sold separately for Contact Center Management Business Edition.

 

 

NOTE: Contact Center Management includes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express, a basic version of Microsoft SQL Server. The Express Edition storage capacity is 4 GB. As a result, you may need to purchase an upgraded version of Microsoft SQL Server depending on you company needs.
