Contact Center Scheduling is an optional application that works in conjunction with Contact Center Management, Contact Center PhoneSet Manager or Contact Center Softphone, and Intelligent Queue to launch applications and Web pages on agent desktops when agents receive calls. Caller information is provided to agents as pop-ups when they receive calls.
