Microsoft Cluster storage for enterprise data

The High Availability configuration includes a cluster storage device, which holds all of your Enterprise data.

 

Your contact center will always have backup SQL data files and Customer Interaction Solutions configuration files.

 

 

 

Upgrade to Premium 365/24/7 maintenance

The High Availability option includes an upgrade from Standard to Premium 365/24/7 maintenance for the first year.

 

prairieFyre’s Premium maintenance package includes technical support, emergency after-hours support, priority support and escalation, and software upgrades 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
