High Availability Licensing

 

High Availability ensures failover to a secondary server when the primary server fails due to a network outage or hardware failure. It ensures minimal downtime, enabling you to upgrade or perform maintenance on servers without affecting clients and enabling you to conduct business as usual. High Availability includes Premium Plus support.

 

NOTE:

¨                  High Availability is available for Contact Center Enterprise Edition only

¨                  Contact Center Management is a requirement for High Availability. Contact Center Management is the core Customer Interaction Solutions application.

¨                  Contact Center Management, Intelligent Queue, Interactive Contact Center, Interactive Visual Queue, and Flexible Reporting support High Availability

¨                  High Availability includes Professional Services

 

You require one High Availability license for your enterprise.
