Intelligent Queue Licensing

 

Intelligent Queue is an all-in-one, scalable, web-based, integrated voice processing solution providing static messaging, intelligent messaging, voice and web callbacks, call recording, enhanced routing, reporting capabilities, and caller-entered digit screen pop when integrated with Agent Portal.

 

NOTE: Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition is not a requirement for Intelligent Queue. However, you will need Contact Center Management if you want real-time statistics and historical reporting of Intelligent Queue activity.

To license Intelligent Queue

1.         Select one of the two base licensing models.

2.         Select the Intelligent Queue add-ons.

3.         Select the number of ports you want beyond the initial four (or eight, if you selected The Works).

4.         Select an Intelligent Queue Enterprise Node licensing option, if required.

Available licensing models:

¨        Intelligent Queue Base, includes the following options:

-4 ports

-Messaging and reporting

-Voice callback

-Web callback

-ANI/DNIS

-Collect caller-entered digits

-Remote database verification

¨        Intelligent Queue 2-port add-on (maximum of 2 per site for a total of 8 ports)

¨        Intelligent Queue: Base software with 4 ports (the requirement to all other Intelligent Queue options)

¨        Intelligent Queue: The Works

-Base software with 8 ports

Intelligent Queue ports

The base Intelligent Queue licensing model includes four ports. You purchase additional ports, in groups of four, as required, based on your configuration and estimated call traffic.

Intelligent Queue Enterprise Nodes

Intelligent Queue Enterprise Node is an add-on product for Intelligent Queue that enables you to manage multiple telephone systems with a single Intelligent Queue server. The Intelligent Queue Enterprise Node license enables you to collect data from additional telephone systems beyond the single telephone system collection license included in Intelligent Queue.

 

The following Enterprise Node license models are available for Intelligent Queue:
