Interactive Contact Center Configuration

There are two Interactive Contact Center configurations. The configuration you choose  depends on your telephone system type: SX-2000 or 3300 ICP.   SX-2000 configuration SX-2000 with an Application Services Unit (ApSU) and the Enterprise Server In this single-server configuration, you require a FIM card and an ApSU for data collection.
