Interactive Contact Center Licensing

 

Interactive Contact Center is an add-on product for Contact Center Management. With Interactive Contact Center, supervisors can control the availability of agents and ACD queues. Agents can log themselves on or off and can place themselves in or remove themselves from Make Busy or Do Not Disturb from within Contact Center Client.

You require one Interactive Contact Center license per telephone system.
