Interactive Visual Queue Licensing

 

Multimedia Contact Center is an add-on product for Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition that integrates all media types for multimedia reporting, real-time monitoring, and forecasting.

 

To license Multimedia Contact Center

1.       Add the Multimedia Contact Center Routing Engine licensing option to Contact Center Management. This option includes five Multimedia Contact Center agent licenses.

2.       Select media options to use in your contact center:

¨        Email Routing Option

¨        Web Chat Routing Option

¨        Fax Routing Option

3.       Select the total number of agent licenses beyond the included five licenses.

¨        Multimedia Contact Center Routing Engine with 5 agent licenses

 

Media routing option

¨        Multimedia Contact Center Email Routing Option

¨        Multimedia Contact Center Web Chat Routing Option

¨        Multimedia Contact Center Fax Routing Option

 

Agent add-on licenses

¨        Multimedia Contact Center 6-10 agents

¨        Multimedia Contact Center 11-25 agents

¨        Multimedia Contact Center 26-50 agents

¨        Multimedia Contact Center 51-75 agents

¨        Multimedia Contact Center 76- 100 agents

 

 

Example 1

If you have 10 agents who answer multimedia contacts and you have installed the Multimedia Contact Center plug-in on all 10 desktops, then you require 10 agent licenses.

 

Example 2

If you have 10 multimedia agents who work in shifts or share workstations (five agents log in for the morning shift and a different set of five agents log in for the afternoon shift), and you have installed the Multimedia Contact Center plug-in on five desktops, then you require 5 agent licenses.

 

Example 3

If you have a total of 20 multimedia agents sitting at 20 different Multimedia Contact Center-enabled workstations, and you know that no more than 10 multimedia agents will be logged on at one time, you must still license all 20 workstations (i.e.20 agent licenses).

If you require licenses for more than 100 agents, you can buy additional licenses in packs of 50.

 

NOTE: Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition is a requirement of Multimedia Contact Center. Multimedia Contact Center is not available for Contact Center Business Edition.
