Multimedia Contact Center is an add-on product for Contact Center Management Enterprise Edition that integrates all media types for multimedia reporting, real-time monitoring, and forecasting.
To license Multimedia Contact Center
1. Add the Multimedia Contact Center Routing Engine licensing option to Contact Center Management. This option includes five Multimedia Contact Center agent licenses.
2. Select media options to use in your contact center:

¨ Web Chat Routing Option
¨ Fax Routing Option
3. Select the total number of agent licenses beyond the included five licenses.
