Schedule Adherence Licensing

 

Schedule Adherence is an add-on product for Contact Center Scheduling that monitors the real-time states of contact center agents.

 

You require one Schedule Adherence license for each Contact Center Scheduling application you have installed.

 

NOTE: Contact Center Scheduling is a requirement for Schedule Adherence. Schedule Adherence is not available for Contact Center Business Edition.
