Call Accounting Enterprise Node is an add-on application to Call Accounting that collects SMDR data from a single telephone system. The Call Accounting application provides you with a license to collect data from one telephone system. For each additional telephone system from which you want to collect data, you require a Call Accounting Enterprise Node license.
Call Accounting Enterprise Node consists of a license and software. The Call Accounting Enterprise Node license enables you to collect data from co-located or geographically dispersed telephone systems beyond the single telephone system collection license included in Call Accounting. We recommend you install the Call Accounting Enterprise Node software to buffer data collection. Redundant data collection ensures you do not lose any data due to network outages.

The Call Accounting Enterprise Node consists of

¨ A license that enables you to collect only SMDR data from OPS Manager (Enterprise Manager)
¨ A software component that you can optionally install on a server that is remote from the Enterprise Server to buffer data collection (Recommended) |
