Call Accounting tracks and reports your telephone system costs so you can manage your telephone expenses and activity effectively. Call Accounting is a stand-alone application that can be integrated with Contact Center Enterprise Edition or Contact Center Business Edition.
For the Mitel 3300 ICP, SX-2000, and SX-200 telephone systems, you license Call Accounting based on the total number of physical extensions will report on in your enterprise. Your license reflects the maximum number of extensions on which you can run reports.

¨ Call Accounting: 1-50 extensions
¨ Call Accounting: 1-100 extensions
¨ Call Accounting: 1-250 extensions
¨ Call Accounting: 1-500 extensions
¨ Call Accounting: 1-750 extensions
¨ Call Accounting: 1-1000 extensions
If you require licenses for more than 1000 extensions, you can purchase additional licenses in packs of 250 or 1000.
Extension upgrades
After your initial purchase, you can increase the extension capacity of your company with the following license upgrades:
¨ Call Accounting: 51-100 extension upgrade
¨ Call Accounting: 101-250 extension upgrade
¨ Call Accounting: 251-500 extension upgrade
¨ Call Accounting: 501-750 extension upgrade
¨ Call Accounting: 751-1000 extension upgrade
If you already have a license for 1000 extensions, you can purchase the following license upgrades:
¨ Call Accounting: 250 extension add-on pack
¨ Call Accounting: 1000 extension add-on pack
