Subscriber Services is an add-on application to Call Accounting. You license Subscriber Services based on the total number of physical extensions you track as subscribers in your enterprise. Your license reflects the maximum number of extensions on which you can run subscriber reports.
Available licensing models: PRICING IS NOT CUMULATIVE
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 50 extensions
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 100 extensions
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 250 extensions
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 500 extensions
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 750 extensions
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 1 to 1000 extensions
Upgrading to a larger Subscriber Services package
After you purchase Subscriber Services, you can increase the reporting capacity of your enterprise at any time. The upgrade process is a cumulative process: when you upgrade, you select one or more part numbers that correspond to the total number of extensions on which you will report.
For example, if you purchase the basic Call Accounting 50-license package and you want to upgrade to 250 extensions, you need to purchase the following packages: Upgrade Call Subscriber Services - 51 to 100 Extensions, and Upgrade Subscriber Services - 101 to 250 Extensions.
The following upgrade packages are available:

¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 251 to 500 extension upgrade
¨ Call Accounting Subscriber - 501 to 750 extension upgrade

Upgrading to more than 1000 extensions
If you have purchased a license to report on 1000 extensions, you can buy additional licenses in packs of 250 or 1000.
