Subscriber Services Version 5.4 introduces the subscriber and subscriber group devices. The addition of the subscriber device now allows you to differentiate the type of user you want to charge back: employees of your company, clients, or customers.

 

You want to provide switch tenanting services and track the use of the telecommunication services you provide.

Subscriber Services is an add-on application to Call Accounting. Subscriber Services enables you to charge back departments, employees and customers using markup or discount pricing.
