prairieFyre offers course curriculum for instructor-led Web-based or on-site training sessions. Get your technicians and customers up-and-running on the Call Accounting solution.

Each package consists of specific topics grouped together to suit the most popular Call Accounting training requests. Web-based training sessions typically last up to 4 hours. This package is for daily users who will be using the Call Accounting solution on a regular basis. This training includes

à      Configure your email properties within Call Accounting

à      Generate a report and selecting your distribution options to print and email

Network Administrator Package

This package is for technical support staff that will be responsible for programming and maintaining the Call Accounting software on a regular basis once the initial installation is complete. This training includes

à      Start and stop the Call Accounting services

à      Run the maintenance routine

à      Examine and configure the SQL database

à      Edit registry services

à      Set alarms for the collector service

à      View data alarms

à      Back up and restore the YourSite database
