Error:

You may get "server application" error messange when accessing the website for either ccm or 6160.

Cause:

When uninstalling and reinstalling .Net 2.0 on V5 server for either 6160 or 6110 (CCM) the virtual directory for either of these applications may not be set to use .Net 2.0 especially if they also have a previou version of .Net.

Solution:

Go into IIS, right click either ccm or 6160 virtual directory and select properties. Select the ASP.NET tab and under ASP.NET version verify or set the version to be 2.0.50727 and click ok. Reset iis and test the webpage again.
