KB13720: When responding to 6150 emails using templates the reply window is sized incorrectly in Outlook 2007

PROBLEM

In Outlook 2007 sp1 with WinXP sp2 when responding to a 6150 mail using templates, the first reply window may be correctly sized, however when responding to a second mail the window is sized incorrectly.  The body of the e-mail as well as the templates control are compressed in the top left corner of the form.

CAUSE

It appears this is a problem with the Outlook object model not updating the MessageClass property correctly, therefore when we try to pick up an item that is on hold for example, the Outlook object model still reports that the message class is ringing instead of on hold.

RESOLUTION

We changed the way the remove hold return code are processed. Please apply hotfix from link below.
