PROBLEM

The MiXML PBX syncronization fails when attempting to sync with a 3300 PBX running MCD 4.0 (Lightware version 10) firmware.

SYMPTOMS

The Synchronization report errors include “No Media Servers loaded” and "Column 'ACD 2000 Auto Logout last agent on no answer' does not belong to table CUS_SYSTEM_OPTIONS"

CAUSE

This is caused by a change to the database schema in MCD 4.0.

WORKAROUND

None.

RESOLUTION

NOTE: You must be running CCM version 5.5 SP3 before installing this hotfix.

Download the following hotfix to the CCM Enterprise Server: KB27061
Double click the .exe file and follow the instructions.

WARNING: Installing the hotfix will Stop and Start ALL prairieFyre services.
It is recommended to install the hotfix outside of regular business hours to avoid any potential service affecting issues.
