Over and above the 12 months of free service and support available with your initial purchase, prairieFyre Software has four types of software assurance packages available to customers who use the Customer Interaction Solutions and Call Accounting applications—Customer Interactive Solutions Software Standard, Premium, Premium Plus and Total Solutions Program (TSP). Software assurance offerings differ depending on the region in which your business resides.
